Job Overview

Assist the Lead Data Manager (DM) by backing up and working as part of the team to keep tasks on track and completed on time. Handle data entry for paper forms and check the accuracy of data entry. 8. Define requirements for different types of data checks.
9. Create and update data management documents.
10. Train research staff on CRF, EDC, and project-related topics.
11. Review and question clinical trial data as per the Data Management Plan.
12. Review data lists based on sponsor or Lead DM guidance.
13. Run reports on patient and study status.
14. Code medical terms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
15. Help with SAE/AE reconciliation.
16. Coordinate with third-party vendors for data and EDC tasks.
17. Assist with SAS programming and quality control.
18. Identify and solve problems in studies using data and feedback.
19. Review and give feedback on protocols, SAPs, and Clinical Study Reports.
20. Help develop and maintain SOPs and related process documents.
21. Train all team members in data management.
