ReWise Analytics & Technologies looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support & Success Associate to join our Maintenance team. You should enjoy helping people and want to create solutions that improve customer support. Your role will involve resolving product issues reported by customers, giving advice for custom solutions, and creating helpful content. You’ll interact with customers through email, chat, and phone, track issue progress, and work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. Strong communication skills with a background in content creation and technical writing.
2. Proven career growth and experience in customer service.
3. Excellent at building long-term relationships with team members and managers.
4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, especially remotely
5. Skilled at handling and resolving unstructured business issues.
6. Experienced with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
7. Experience with eLearning and web-based meeting tools.
8. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
9. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

12. Familiarity with Preflighting and MIS/ERP software.
13. AA/AS degree or equivalent experience.
14. Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and some JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities

1. Help and fix issues reported by customers in the print industry.
2. Offer advice and strategy for custom solutions.
3. Be part of a flexible team that adapts to changes and enhances customer mexperience across all our products and services.
4. Create and update self-help content for our knowledge base and other resources.
5. Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone.
6. Monitor and update the status of issues and their resolutions.
7. Support and address customer feature requests or find workarounds.
8. Work with other teams like sales, R&D, and professional services.
9. Measure and track customer success to create case studies and improve engagement.
10. Measure and track customer retention to develop strategies for keeping customers.
