Job Description

To Process back Office Transactions for UK Energy Customers. Need to good writing skills

• Brief Overview of the Process:

1. The UK energy market is deregulated, enabling customers to choose their energy supplier for both gas and electricity.
2. OVO is moving towards servicing a customer’s needs across products, as customers can now choose to manage their products through a single bill . You will now be expected to manage customer  billing fallouts for both gas and electricity. This process involves the following key activities
3. To manage transactions for gas and electricity customers. You will be routed exceptions around allocating payments to the related accounts
4. Performance Parameters
5. SLA metrics – Productivity, Speed, Accuracy
6. Relevant Table F metrics
7. Attendance
8. Schedule Adherence

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Desktop procedures
2. Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standard
3. Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
4. Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
5. Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

• Primary Internal Interactions

1. AM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.
2. Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM and monthly evaluation of performance
3. CCEs (Team Members) for the purpose of seeking cooperation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required.
4. Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of work thread related issues and escalated transactions
5. QCA for the purpose of feedback and audit
6. Primary External Interactions

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Primarily responsible for creation of Material Master for different material types in SAP
2. Work closely with plants and ensure completion of Material Master, BOM & Compliance activities in SAP.
3. Read and analyze NX CAD drawings/models and load Engineering/Universal Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP Interact significantly with fellow Data Stewards, Industrial Engineers, stakeholders across Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Finance.
4.  Planning, prioritizing, solving problems, reporting progress, executing project objectives & meeting deadlines.
5.  Monitoring the Quality and delivery of outputs and implementing corrections to the processes if necessary.
6.  Auditing the parts in SAP for the completeness of material status and Product compliance documents

Required Skills

1. Understanding of product development process.
2. Self-driven and quick learner.
3. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills using systematic tools (8D, fishbone, cause/effect diagrams).
4. Python Scripting knowledge with NumPy and Pandas libraries will be a double advantage or other similar automation tools.  
5. Good and effective technical communication & interaction skills.
6. Strong Engineering background.
7. Knowledge on Teamcenter PLM software would be preferable.
