Job Description

  1. Provide customer service to both internal and external customer.
  2. Find and implement ideas to make processes more efficient
  3. Ensure work is done accurately and on time to meet regulatory targets.
  4. Manage administrative tasks for pre-sales and closings accounts.
  5. Create and follow a personal development plan with your manager.
  6. Update information in different systems and send letters to customers
  7. Stay updated on servicing, processing, and compliance activities
  8. Handle non-standard cases and manual tasks that can’t be done with standard systems.
  9. Identify customer needs, provide help and record details in the system for other departments.
  10. Promote a positive culture of risk management and compliance by identifying and resolving issues.
  11. Meet competency requirements through training
  12. Communicate with UK departments or companies as needed.
