Job Overview

As an HCC Coder at Skywaves Software Pvt Ltd, you will ensure that medical codes are assigned correctly and meet healthcare regulations. Medical coding means turning medical details like diagnoses and treatments into standard codes. These codes are used for billing, insurance claims, and keeping patient records. Coders look at medical charts, pick the right codes, and make sure everything is correct and follows the rules. This helps doctors get paid properly and keeps patient information well-organized.

Job Responsibilities

1. Checking patient records carefully and assigning the correct HCC codes.
2. Following federal rules and guidelines to make sure coding is correct and payments are proper.
3. Working with healthcare providers to understand diagnoses and ensure accurate coding.
4. Regularly reviewing and auditing codes to ensure they are accurate and follow compliance rules.

Qualification and Knowledge
