Job Overview

As an Apprentice at Piramal Pharma Solutions, you will support the synthetic team by monitoring reactions using HPLC and GC, and analyzing intermediates and APIs. Your tasks will include performing wet analysis (such as LOD, IR, and titrations), calibrating laboratory instruments (like UV, IR, HPLC, and GC), and maintaining documentation in line with 21 CFR standards. You’ll also prepare necessary documents for Product Development Reports (PDR). Good communication skills, teamwork, and knowledge of laboratory techniques and instruments are essential for this role.So this is the best Job for Pharma Candidates.

Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others on several projects at once.
2. Good understanding of how to use and apply techniques like HPLC, GC, Autotitrator,UV spectrophotometer, and other lab instruments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support the synthetic team by regularly checking reactions with HPLC and GC, and analyzing intermediate products and APIs.
2. Perform wet chemistry tests like Loss on Drying (LOD), Infrared (IR) analysis, Residue on Ignition, Karl Fischer (KF) determination, and Titrations.
3. Calibrate lab instruments such as UV spectrometers, IR analyser’s, HPLC, GC, Autotitrators, and polarimeters.
4. Write and maintain Laboratory Notebooks and other documents following 21 CFR regulations.
5. Prepare necessary documents for Product Development Reports (PDR).
