Job Overview

The Barclays Compliance Explorer program is a two-year, hands-on experience with structured rotations, including the chance to work with related teams. You’ll gain a deep understanding of Barclays’ processes and build a broad network within the bank. Your role will involve supporting various compliance functions, such as reviewing policies,conducting compliance checks, assisting with surveillance and investigations, and driving improvements with a focus on data analysis.

Job Description

1. Work with different teams to ensure they follow the company’s policies and standards.
2. Spot and report any potential rule breaches or policy issues and suggest solutions.
3. Answer colleagues’ questions about their responsibilities and help them follow company policies.
4. Join local and global projects, including helping Technology with system updates like design and testing.
5. Help improve current reports and controls, and support creating new tools and procedures.
6. Understand compliance activities and data, and find ways to use data and insights to challenge and improve processes.

Job Responsibilities
