Job Overview

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you’ll look into front-end applications by gathering information, using fix tools, watching how users interact with the system, and testing different processes. You’ll also work with back-end tasks like capturing log files, querying,tables, updating databases, and managing servers. You’ll keep notes and document your activities and solutions. You need to prioritize your work based on how serious the issues are and work with different teams to make sure problems are handled correctly. Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. 0-2 years experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management and change management.
2. Knowledge on SQL,
3. Readiness to work during the shift from 5.30PM to 2.30AM IST.
4. Outstanding interpersonal abilities and adapt at efficient communication with collaborators across various regions of the globe.
