Job Overview

Provide technical support to Power and Life Science customers in India, both on-site and online, as needed. Conduct routine tests and analysis on materials like thermal interface materials,potting compounds,coatings, and adhesives. Keep up with the technical skills needed for our strategy, report lab results and methods clearly to customers, and use digital tools to prepare and submit test reports.Respond quickly to customer test requests and ensure safe lab practices,including using proper protective gear and maintaining equipment.Work well with both internal and external teams, and manage various adhesive dispensing equipment.So Apply for Henkel Recruitment 2024.

Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. 1 year of related experience, preferably in a lab or technical services.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
3. Ability to work independently and communicate well with lab team members.
4. Strong oral and written English skills for interacting with all levels of management.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications.
6. Understanding of products related to assigned technologies.
7. Skilled in hands-on work and operating equipment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

1.  Provide technical support to Power and Life Science customers in India, both on-site and online, as needed.
2. Perform routine tests and analyses focusing on materials such as thermal interface materials, potting compounds, coatings, encapsulates, and different types of adhesives.
3. Ensure all lab work is done safely, including using the proper protective equipment and following safety practices. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment as needed.
4. Report laboratory results and methods according to standards and communicate these to both internal and external customers.
5. Keep your technical skills up-to-date with our company’s strategy.
6. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Prepare test plans, conduct tests using lab equipment, and analyze the results. Use digital tools like Albert, Nautilus, and ACE to submit test reports.
8. Respond quickly to customer and field test requests and provide accurate test reports.
9. Manage various adhesive dispensing equipment, handling materials like HMA, TIM,silicone, modified saline, and anaerobic chemistry.
