Job Description and Responsibilities

1. Assist clients in making infrastructure decisions that match their goals.
2. Build the right systems and controls so clients can complete projects successfully.
3. Evaluate capital projects, construction processes, and risk.
4. Offer financial advice for mergers, acquisitions, sales, and restructuring.
5. Work with the team to solve client problems and contribute ideas.
6. Help manage and control project costs and schedules through audits, analysis and legal support.
7. Use data analytics to provide clients with clear, actionable insights.
8. Increase accountability and transparency throughout asset management
9. Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
10. Help develop proposals as needed.

Qualification Required for this Position

1. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized
   institution.
2. 2-4 years of experience in construction or infrastructure advisory, including consulting
3. Skilled in analyzing project costs and schedules using industry techniques and software
4. Experienced in construction dispute support, including reviewing documents and assessing cost/schedule issues.
5. Support for Capital Projects Consulting, including process improvement and cost control.
6. Proficient in cost auditing, forensic scheduling, and earned value management.
7. Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
8. Strong writing skills that communicate effectively to various audiences.
9. Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet research.
10. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Skills Required for this Position

1. Experience with a professional services firm or Big 4 company.
2. Knowledge of dashboard tools like Microsoft Power BI and BIM.
3. Hands-on experience with construction software such as Oracle Unifier, Kahua, and Procured.
4. Current PMP certification.
5. MBA
