As the Director of Development Operations at C2Perform, you will lead a team of 30 to 50 people in creating and launching advanced software solutions. Your job is to guide and support the team in planning, developing, and managing our digital platform. You will ensure the platform meets high standards for performance, security, and user satisfaction. You will oversee the entire software development process, promote innovation, and make sure the software aligns with our business goals. Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Over 7 years of experience building and deploying digital platforms in call centers or similar industries.

3. Offer technical guidance and ensure best practices and the right technologies are used in software development. Design solutions, write and test code, and handle automation and deployment.
4. Work with the PMO to manage project planning, execution, and delivery, making sure projects finish on time, within budget, and to high standards.
5. Collaborate with Client Success, Design, and PMO teams to define needs, prioritize features, and create innovative solutions.
6. Set and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure software reliability,scalability, and security. Develop global validation tools.
7. Lead efforts to improve development processes, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality. Assess current systems and software to reduce complexity and manage costs.
8. Identify and address technical risks and issues to minimize their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
9. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, provide updates, collect feedback and address concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.
10. Recruit and develop top talent, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Train and upskill developers in application design and technology stacks.
11. Ensure software development complies with regulations and standards for data protection and security.
