Job Overview

Job Description

1. Scale 10x Supplier acquisition of specific city or cities.
2. As City lead you have to Mentor,motivate & provide direction to a team of Business Development executives on Meesho’s ethics & principles across your team
3. Expand Meesho business into respective Supply Hubs or offline hubs in the entire city.
4. Develop robust processes for smooth execution of all criteria
5. Collect and evaluate measure for success assessment of individual and team level tasks.
6. Scale success benchmarks of Suppliers across city in terms of Various supplier metrics like Order activation, Dispatch, Deliveries, GMV & NMV
7. Collaborate with the Regional site managers on getting good achievement on the targets assigned for you.
8. Take Individual ownership in activating B2B only hubs and collecting nishe trends in categories.
9. You have to travel across city and state.

Skills Required for this Job Role

1. Any Graduate or MBA with 3 to 5 years  with good knowlegde of Sales, Business Development and Ecommerce
2. Experience with multiple startups and fast-paced environments it will benificial for candidate.
3. Experience of using Microsoft excel to analyse data and build good POV and presentation.
4. Candidate should have ability to think strategically and tactically in bad situation.
5. Deep understanding of business and customers relationship.
6. Good knowlegde and verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
7. Candidate should have ability to lead team and manage relevant stakeholders.
8. Complete market knowledge and understanding of respective city.
