Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. Bachelor’s degree

3. Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry is a plus
4. Understanding of basic accounting (debits and credits)

3. Manage financial relationships for assigned clients and reinsurers, being the main contact for payment issues.
4. Provide high-quality service, meeting deadlines, and ensure timely collection and payment of funds.
5. Use management information to spot and address debtor issues, and resolve them as needed.
6. Review and match cash daily.
7. Comply with Gallagher’s accounting procedures and external regulations.
8. Maintain relationships with clients, reinsurers, and third parties.
9. Work with Client Service Managers and others to meet business targets.
10. Report issues to the Client Service Manager or other relevant staff.
11. Follow Group policies, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
12. Meet KPIs and maintain service standards for accuracy and timeliness.
13. Manage your workload and meet delivery expectations.
14. Authorize payments accurately as per the Payment Authorization Manual when needed.
15. Understand business processes and work independently or with a team to resolve queries.
16. Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines to protect all parties involved.
17. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
18. Review and comment on relevant reports promptly.
19. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
