1. Scrutiny of credit card applications
2. Check if application is compliant to kyc norms
3. Credit check in documents with predefined policies and get into income calculations
4. Ensure decision is taken with in TAT and with desired accuracy
5. Check for authenticity and validity of documents
6. Alteration/Tempering need to be checked in documents

• Qualifications/Requirements

1. Fresher/ Experienced with 6 months to one year

• Responcibilities

1. Review, execution and decision of cases allotted for Video KYC processes.
2. Ensure complete adherence to the KYC documents along with the defined regulations/policy for the Video KYC process.
3. Ensure accurate updating of decision making files/system for final decision on cases.
4. Be sure to prioritize and close urgent client/internal stakeholder emails and referrals.
5. Review the process and proactively identify gaps and expose them for changes.
6. Maintain/track assigned process specific responsibilities for any new changes in policies/procedures.
