Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Data Associate I, ML, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality data annotation for a variety of workflows. The tasks for you will be repetitive in nature and will require the candidate to make quick decisions keeping in mind the provided guidelines.

1. Candidate should meets SLA,Production and quality standards,among other business metrics and goals.
2. Candidate should operates with little guidence.
3. Maintains records of day to day work by updating trackers or workflow tools as necessary.
4. Follows SOP/guidelines or manager’s instructions and ensures output is quality compliant.
5. Candidates should contributes to project improvement and operational excellence ideas,with there skills.
6. Responsible for giving timely updates to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance,i.e., as per SOP and defined SLA.
7. Evaluates new trends and patterns in data analysis and suggests general patterns that should be turned into rules.
8. Troubleshooting issues related to process and conduct root cause analysis if required.
9. Candidate should familier with online ratail(E-Commerce).
10. Willingness to work with sensitive issuesl ike  Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products.

Qualifications Required for this Job

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
