1. Manages a variety of administrative tasks and service procedures regularly,ensuring they adhere to defined guidelines and rules.
2. Efficiently utilizes tools and systems to handle tasks, adjusting procedures as necessary to address different situations effectively.
3. Provides helpful information on a limited range of topics, going beyond what’s typically covered in FAQs and structured guides.
4. Clarifies any missing or unclear information with stakeholders, ensuring everyone has the details they need.
5. Reports any issues or deficiencies to the supervisor promptly and follows all internal work rules and workplace safety regulations diligently.
6. Record supplier bills accurately following accounting rules.
7. Create and manage accounts to ensure timely payment of debts.
8. Make payments only with management approval.
9. Solve any account problems, working with our team and suppliers.
10. Prepare account statements and work with purchasing to fix issues.
11. Act as the main contact for our purchasing team and suppliers.
