Job Description

1. Apple is looking for highly motivated individual to perform the daily tasks.Who will have the primary responsibility for overseeing the operation of Service systems, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.
2. Additionally, possess the capability to facilitate seamless deployment of everyday
   customer applications, enhance our tool suite, and innovate new tools to boost
   operational efficiency and product quality.
3. Identify and manage key performance indicators for global applications.
4. Lead operational enhancements, track metrics, and enforce standard practices across
   level one production support and engineering teams
5. Manage production backlog and prioritize fixes in planned releases, ensuring smooth
   deployments.
6. Oversee product rollouts and partner/retail on-boarding’s. Supervise Production Support
   team to monitor servers and applications, addressing alerts and conducting performance
   tuning.
7. Collaborate with Data Centre, Network, and system teams for OS patches, upgrades, and
   maintenance planning. Drive implementation of automated health checks for high
   application availability.
8. Utilize technical skills to design, develop, and operate innovative development support and
   automation tools.
