Qualification and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounts reconciliation or a similar job.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Skilled in accounting software like Tally or ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for teamwork with other departments.

Job Responsibilities
- Regularly reconcile different accounts, like bank statements, credit cards, vendor accounts, and intercompany accounts.
- Find and fix any differences in financial records.

- Help with month-end and year-end closing by completing all reconciliations and resolving issues.
- Keep organized records of all reconciliations, adjustments, and related documents.
- Create and share reconciliation reports with management, highlighting any problems.
- Make sure all reconciliation processes follow company rules and regulations.
- Look for ways to improve and simplify reconciliation processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
