Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role of an Associate – Accounts in Rohini. As an Associate – Accounts, you will handle all the company’s basic accounting duties and administrative tasks. You will ensure that all financial records are accurate and transactions are properly recorded. This includes preparing bank statements,reconciling accounts, and managing payroll and invoices. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with all tax regulations and laws.So this is the best job for Freshers.
Qualification and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Tally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with tax regulations and laws
- Experience in manufacturing or product-based industries is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Keep books up-to-date by preparing journals, payment vouchers, receipts and contra vouchers based on bills and vouchers.
- Prepare monthly GST/TDS reports and reconcile GSTR1, GSTR3B, and GSTR2A.
- Manage tax and retail invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Work with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and foreign remittances.
- Handle approval and payment advice for statutory payments.
- Process payments to vendors and contractors after tax deductions and claims.
- Maintain insurance data for Thinkrobotics.com.
- Enter import and export data.
- Communicate with ThinkRobotics customers via email and phone.
