Job Overview
As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON plc, your job will involve staying updated with the latest guidelines and regulations. You’ll support multiple studies, managing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results. Your tasks will include maintaining study trackers, analyzing reports, and distributing dashboards and reports to the study team. You’ll also handle common issues related to clinical systems and provide administrative support.Additionally, you will work closely with study managers to oversee study activities, manage trial master files (TMF), and ensure compliance with TMF requirements.
Qualification and Knowledge Required
- Strong technical and IT skills, with the ability to understand and apply technology to studies.
- Familiar with ICH GCP guidelines and quality procedures for clinical studies.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Professional with a focus on good customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management, ensuring timely updates and system management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Stay updated with changes in ICH GCP guidelines.
- Support multiple studies at once, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and manage study trackers and access.
- Analyze reports and distribute dashboards and reports on time.
- Handle issues related to CSAP and CTMS through common email groups.
- Provide clinical administrative support and assist with studies not requiring SDS.
- Collaborate with SDS/SM to manage activities after SAC and until final archival.
- Oversee study systems and manage TMF activities for both in-house and outsourced trials.
- Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders to improve TMF compliance.
