Job Overview

TECHFIELD is seeking a proactive Operations Lead to handle data collection and track tasks for one of our teams. In this role, you’ll manage scheduling mock interviews, set up meeting rooms, create and maintain Gmail and LinkedIn accounts, share past interview recordings with IT consultants, gather and distribute interview feedback, and review payroll timesheets and expenses.

Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. 4 to 6 years of experience in office management.
2. Background in the IT industry.
3. Bachelor’s degree required.
4. Experience with MNCs or large corporations.
5. Tech-savvy with skills in MS Office, Gmail, Skype, and MS Teams.
6. Strong communication skills and good at reading people.
7. Proactive problem solver.
8. Experience with AI tools for data collection is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1. Schedule mock interviews and meet with people from different departments.
