1)Executive (Associate Consultant Payment Application Support)(05 Vacancies):
- Oversee the day-to-day operations related to payment products.
- Monitor transaction processing and optimize operational workflows.
- Experience of various Payment system application like Card management/AEPS/ IMPS/UPI etc.
- Experience in production support, ITIL process, SDLC process.
- Coordination with internal business functions to understand their requirement.
- Periodic review with Vendors on assessment of operations and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain logs of all the issues.
- Prepare RCA of Incident with technical review for permanent fix.
- Manage and collaborate with teams for the implementation of new features related to NPCI products within the bank including coordination for UAT and fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of NPCI products.
- Experience in Cards and Switch.
2)Executive (Consultant Payment Application Support)(02 Vacancies)
