Job Overview

The Startup Analyst will be key in helping founders join and succeed in the BuilderX Program. In this entry-level role, you’ll work with the Performance Marketer to review and analyze new founder applications, create detailed reports, screen candidates, and choose the best founders for the program.

Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with founders and team members.
2. Ability to analyze data, create reports, and offer useful insights.
3. Creative thinker who can spot and support great startup ideas.
4. Smart and resourceful, able to work both independently and with a team.
5. Experience in startup environments or similar fields is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work with the Marketing team to review and analyze founder leads from different sources.
2. Partner with marketing to use campaigns, events, and content to attract leads and boost brand awareness for the BuilderX Program.
3. Create and share reports to improve lead quality.
4. Offer sales feedback to refine marketing strategies and materials.
5. Act as the first contact for founder leads and represent the BuilderX Program.
6. Screen and assess leads to make sure they fit the program’s criteria.
7. Dive into founder ideas and collaborate with the team to choose the best candidates for the program.
8. Keep clear and effective communication with founders and internal teams.
9. Provide feedback and suggestions based on lead analysis and screening.
