Job Overview

IPG Mediabrands is looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join Interactive Avenues as a Management Trainee. In this role, you’ll support our E-Commerce team by handling key tasks such as creating keywords and copy, managing billing, trafficking, and quality checks. You’ll also help develop and optimize e-commerce campaigns. You’ll get the chance to work with top consumer brands and gain experience with major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Big Basket. Staying updated on industry trends and monitoring web analytics will also be part of your role.

Qualification and Knowledge Required

1. Graduate or Postgraduate Degree.
2. 0-1 years of experience.
3. Preferably studied Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or a similar field.
4. Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, even under pressure and tight deadlines
5. Excellent skills in writing, math, multitasking, organization and communication.
6. Experience with managing paid social media ads, especially on Facebook is a plus.
7. Eager to learn about search engines, social media, marketing strategies, interactive media, and direct response techniques.
8. Google Ads certification is a plus.
