- With 10 years of experience, including over 5 years in telecom, you have strong skills in operational support, voice and chat support, and order management.
- You’re skilled in MS Excel, Power BI, and other data tools, with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- You also have a knack for coaching and mentoring.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team to ensure excellent customer experiences for Telstra’s Enterprise clients.
- Handle customer requests and help your team improve customer satisfaction.
- Support various functions like Service Qualification, Network Design, Data Activation, and Order Management.
- Manage regulatory queues and provide SME support for legal and compliance issues.
- Work closely with the team on technical support, approvals, and transitions.
- Monitor critical tasks, including porting transitions and order activations.
- Oversee Siebel Exit issues and daily monitoring of CSG activations.
- Support centre managers with operational tasks, stakeholder management, and resource projects.
- Participate in designing and enhancing processes and performance measures.
- Ensure daily operations, training, and compliance meet customer expectations.
