Job Overview
Roche are looking for a Remote Specialist to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will help customers remotely with installing, maintaining, and fixing issues with our Roche Diagnostics India products. The best candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be dedicated to providing excellent service through email, phone, or online.
Qualification and Knowledge Required
- BSc/MSc in Biochemistry or Biotechnology
- Experience in field application or remote support
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, or English
- Willing to work in different shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or remote support; escalate issues if needed.
- Use TTS/Remote Service to analyze and fix issues, reducing downtime.
- Assist customers with Axeda and other digital tools to improve response time.
- Manage and track Customer Centre reports with Business Intelligence tools.
- Evaluate calls for PRI/PSI, create CN cases, and follow up with teams.
- Track Aurora case status with Global Teams and FSE/FAS.
- Monitor and close complaint cases daily.
- Support local and global service project implementations in India.
